Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Sanford

I apologize because I am not here to wreck a business or hurt an employee, but whoever you have working there now should be replaced. Hates his job, worse than McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King employees with a ho-hum attitude and doesn't say thank you. I know times are tough for employees, so unfortunately we live in a society that we have to accept below mediocrity. But this took the cake and I can not stop at this place any longer. Pulled up, the same awful guy is working (long hair, beard) and says "we are closed for a few minutes". This is 2ish. I thought he would say something isn't working, but he said "I am in the bathroom and the only one working". Wow! I said, "ok, I can wait a minute". He said, "it will be 20 minutes". BYE. How gross and nasty is that. I would rather hear a lie and say all machines are down. I feel bad for the guy and at least he is trying, but management HAS to talk to this guy. December 5, 19’ at 1145am, there was one guy working there by himself and wow, what a terrible employee. First off, this guy looked like he would rather be anywhere else and doing anything else other then making blizzards for people which is the first thing that threw me off. Secondly, the blizzards were terribly made, the whole bottom half was not mixed. And last of all, I ordered caramel on top of mine and got about a half a spoonful of caramel on it after paying like an extra dollar fifty for it. I went to this Dairy Queen today and ordered a Moolatte. When I received it, it was the nastiest most liquid Moolatte I had ever seen. I went back and told them and the manager said that that was how it was supposed to be, and he was pretty much telling me I was wrong, mind you, I have ordered it countless times from another local Dairy Queen as well as this one. I asked for another one after a debate about how it was supposed to be, and when I received it, it was much thicker, like the usual Moolatte I order. He not only lied to me but was rude also.
