Tramway Crossing — Local services in Sanford

Nice strip of stores. It has a good variety of almost anything you'd need. These are some of the stores in the strip..., Domino's, Chinese food, Nail place ,Food Lion,, Auto parts, Subway, Family Dollar. Outside separate from the strip of stores is an ABC store & Walgreens & car wash at other end. Parking is ok but entrances & exit onto Jefferson Davis Hwy isn't always easy. Other entry / exit past Walgreens Center Church Rd/ Tramway Rd gets hectic with school traffic. The homeless beggar isn't hard to avoid. I'm not the only person who has given him a little $, so he's probably doing pretty well. He's not out on sidewalk, anymore. He stays in parking lot where you drive by not @ parking places. Tramway Crossing is a very busy place all the time, with several different businesses in the strip. The store fronts are always changing, but the big ones that have always been there are Foodlion, Family Dollar, and Domion's pizza with Advance Auto and San Felipe Mexican Restaurant going in in the past couple years. A local gem of a shopping center, small but filled with most of the things you need/want without traveling a great distance.
