I went to your location in the Orlando Airport terminal A by gates 1 - 7 about 7:15am on a Sunday morning and I asked to order coffee the person at the bar Robert sent me the lady on side taking orders Togo. I ordered coffee from her as I proceeded to sit at the bar the guy Robert told me I was not allowed to sit at the bar unless I ordered from him so I ordered bacon since alcohol was not being served until 9:00am on Sunday's as I was sitting a white lady walked up and ordered coffee and he took her order. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager Miguel Rivera Luis came and said I could only sit as the bar if I ordered from Robert I told him I tried to order coffee and he sent me to the lady on the side as I was explaining to him the situation Robert chimed in saying he didn't refuse my order in which he did. He was very loud ; rude and disrespectful saying some people just wake up mad in front of all the customers!! This is totally unacceptable!! Miguel said this is the was the company operates. Would not recommend trying to work for this company I got hired on during my interview yesterday and they told me to come in today to get my badge made and do fingerprinting and fill out hiring paperwork. All they did was the badge and the fingerprinting and they told me they would fill out my tax forms for me and all my hiring paperwork. It is illegal to fill out someone’s I-9 and W-4 for them. Only an employee can fill out their own tax forms when I confronted them about it and told them that they cannot fill out my tax forms for me. The employ themselves has to do that.
