I ordered Uber eats and I ordered a taco and burrito pack which was almost $40 to feed my family of seven. I also ordered 30 sauce packets and what I find ridiculous is that I single-handedly selected 30 sauce packets because you guys have an issue with ever supplying them and you definitely did this time too even though I went out of my way to make it clear I wanted sauce. You guys gave me two hard tacos and two burritos, you gave me the completely wrong drink and didn't even supply me with a straw, and I also paid extra money for my order to be delivered in a timely manner and it took longer than what a normal order on Uber eats should take so by the time I got my order my food was room temperature. My kids had to sit in front of me and split the tacos and burritos so everybody could get it even portion because you guys missed over half of my order and when I called your store and asked to speak with a manager, the person decided to tell me that he was a manager and I heard a bunch of giggling from fellow employees in the back which gave me the vibe he wasn't really the manager. I 100% deserve a refund and I was told I couldn't receive a refund from you guys and I had to go through Uber eats and at the moment Uber eats his handling the situation supposedly but if they don't I'm going to be quite pissed and I'm never going to go to this location again. Actually, if I do get a refund I still won't go back to this location because you hire young adults that still act like they're in high school that don't take their job too seriously and it's that unattentiveness that causes a mother like me to have to have her children spit up their food even though I paid what I was supposed to. I'm absolutely disgusted with how I was treated from both ends especially the taco bell employee telling me that you guys were unable to give me a refund when I know that's a load of garbage because I've had other establishments able to give me refunds even though I ordered through Uber eats... I'm quite pissed I'm very disappointed that a Taco Bell can't handle a very simple order. You definitely lost a customer and I will be letting my friends and family know. I am a food critic and I review food items online with a pretty good following and you guys failed big time. Read moreUpdated: So I went here yesterday between 6:00 and 7:00 (4/22/22) for a simple order of two white hot ranch burritos and a water. When it was my time to order, the young lady taking mine was hardly audible, I had to repeat myself just to clear the way to order, but she said to pull forward anyway.
When I did get to the order booth, she told me $3.95 and I was immediately confused; that is way too good a deal. I reiterated "wait, this is for two white hot burritos?" She said, "no, one" I understand corporate policy having worked alongside multiple managers, and since I couldn't order it without placing an order at the drive through, I told her I'll be back.
After three cars ahead of me were done placing orders, I place mine for one more burrito. I told the lady talking to me, "one white hot burrito and that will be it" verbatim, and she tells me "okay" When I got to the register I was looked at with confusion, and this time it was someone else taking my payment. I told this other lady "I ordered a white hot burrito" and the lady who took my order prior standing behind her said "didn't you just order one?" To which I calmly said "yeah, I wanted two of these so I'm back for the other"
I don't like doing reviews like this on a chain restaurant that has previously given me exceptional service; however, this customer experience was awful, and I have to point that out.
In the future, make sure your employees are audible, make sure they don't tell you to pull forward before you can even see your order on the screen, and if your employees do make a mistake, at least inform them to apologize especially given the company ordering policy.
Otherwise, food was great. Assuming every deficiency gets better, and everything else stays well, a further adjustment will be made on review.

I've been coming here for the last year and a half on either Wednesdays or Thursdays with a very specific request which I've always paid extra for. Today on my visit 6/27/2024 the general manager or whatever she is by the name of Dallas refused to make my order as requested and tried to force me to eat my order the way she made it instead of the way I requested. When all of the other employees see me on a weekly basis told her "she always gets it that way" her response was I don't care if she comes here every single day she's going to get it the way that I make it or she can get her money back . Which I definitely got my refund because I'm not going to be forced by anyone to eat my food the way they want to make it not the way I want it.
Dallas clearly has no idea what customer service is and her trying to force her customers to eat a meal the way she makes it instead of the way the customer wants it is ridiculous. She's in the wrong business and shouldn't be dealing with customers. Who is this person and who oversees her because she clearly has no idea what it is to provide good customer service. Based on all of the other reviews placed at this particular location, there's clearly something wrong. And if nobody addresses it, it will always fail it's customers.
