The manager their her attitude and her face expression is not professional are welcoming i just had a layaway this christmas that just passed 2017 it was due off on the 18th been making payments on it and ask if she can hold my layaway for 2 more days till friday when i get paid so i can pay it on off she told me no thinking she would work with me since it was only 2 days before i got paid and 6 days before christmas so i couldnt get my 4yr old son winter/christmas clothes and that was part of his christmas gift but however i had my daughther a layaway at rainbows and hers where due out the same day the 18th but they worked with me and i got hers out the same day i was asking citi trends for that friday i ask rainbow if they could hold it till friday and they said yes so my daughther got clothes but my son didnt and they say support black business when they act like that and i even went in on that thursday to get my gift card from the layaway and she ask me if i was coming to pay it on off and i told her again i dont get paid till friday she said no we got to cancel it which then friday was the following day i could have...

Only gave 1 ⭐️ because I had to or else I couldn’t leave this review. I wanna start by saying I actually love this store, however, that OVERSIZED melanated girl that’s always there has the most disgusting, unwelcoming attitude. I walked in there today and said hello to her and she looked right at me and didn’t greet me or say a WORD. I was very uncomfortable as I shop there often and it’s not the first time she has seen me there. It’s as if she hates her job or her life rather. Or at least, it comes off that way. She is always lurking around as if someone is gonna take something. Sweetheart, some of us that come in there to shop make far more money than you make working there. Honestly, I believe this store would make far greater sales if they had better employees who actually cared about the growth of the business instead of just a paycheck. They need to get rid of her - SHE IS CHASING YOUR...

I have been here several times to do a return, and the hours say they are open, the power is on, but the employee wandering around the store will not answer the door to tell me what is going on and why I can never seem to get help. I have an item that I need to return. This is my third attempt to come here and having the same thing happen. I can see the employee and she has seen me but she chooses to ignore me instead of just being kind enough to let me know what’s going on so I can try to plan better as it is not close to me and I make a drive all the way out here because it says they are open and then they are not. I am extremely frustrated at this point and the situation. Once I get this return done, I will never go back here. I am completely disgusted with the lack of care and...
