Arsenio's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Sanger

Update 2 Star - No improvement A year after my last visit. Thanksgiving day 2020. I'm hungry for breakfast. I pay $6.51 for a chorizo potato egg cheese burrito. The potatoes were raw and not cooked through and ruined the entire burrito. I called-in and kindly let them know so they aren't serving that type of quality to customers after me. I didn't ask for a discount, I wasn't offered to have my food fixed. I support all local businesses, but sadly this place is so under pace of all the many great burritos you can buy in Sanger. Its just not worth the visit and cost. The one improvement was the staff, she was very pleasant and cheerful and polite. Two Stars.

I also believe this location has bots or a review company leaving positive reviews. I've been here many times and none of the reviews I read are indicative of any experience myself or family has had. Its been one bad visit after another - too many to count. Needs serious work.

The family has purchased food here on at least 10 occasions so far. Other than not cooking their potatoes enough on 3 separate occasions in their breakfast burritos (still crunchy inside), the food here is pretty good. The staff has also been pleasant on all occasions.

Arsenio's locations in Fresno and Clovis are a bit better in quality than the Sanger location, and I'm hoping that the inconsistencies are due to it being a fairly new location, and the staff are just working out the newbie quirks.

I've also noticed that the couple times I've ordered a California burrito, they use diced potatoes(semi-fried, but mostly a boiled potatoe consistency) instead of chopped French fries, which is also inconsistent with other Fresno/Clovis locations. Fries taste WAY better in California burritos.

Since we visit this location often, i'll update my review based on...

(SANGER LOCATION) I ordered 7 tacos and a torta.. and 1 jamaica and 1 pina.the torta.was alright..but the tacos.had raw.tortillas..and the meat with no flavor at all...taste like boiled meat. The drinks taste like waterin ice no flavor.I went back..and refund wasn't an option ..so she offered to replace them...and just like I thought ..it went worse..now the tortillas.were cooked but the meat was raw...how embarrassing..!! Gave then another chance and still failed..awful food I paid almost 40$ ALL WENT STRAIGHT TO THE TRASH !! and the lady on the register never returned my receipt. But I have my bank statement for this charge as proof...with the date etc..no point in getting credit ..because I will never return!!OVERPRICED...
