Second time having an issue. Not sure if it's because they go through new employees fast, or management needs improvement. If you order online, you are required to go in-store. Big oversight that doesn't make any sense. The app allows drive thru pick up but is refused and you're forced to go in store. My food was also cold and I had to wait an additional 5 mins for said food.
Waited for over 20 mins for an order. Supervisors need to get a warning. The team working on 09/22 need to work on customer service skills. Just the other day they didn't require drive thru orders to be picked up in person. No one else in line, yet they denied and still didn't prepare my food until I waited in line in person....

I ordered a whopper with cheese and bacon, there was no bacon on the burger. The other was a double whopper with cheese no onions. He got a single whopper with cheese and onions.
