If it's not broke don't fix it! I found this place several months ago and it's been a regular go to spot.
I ordered tonight and the chicken doesn't taste the same as it used too (I agree with person who said the same thing that it has a bad after taste in a review below).
Also they used to give more protein and less rice it seems they have boosted up the rice and they are charging more for extra chicken (which I could live with if the quality didn't go down while the prices went up).
Went from 5 stats to 3 stars just like that as I have this gross cheap chicken aftertaste in my mouth... I will have to try some other teriyaki spots.

My new go to spot for teriyaki!
Have been ordering from here on postmates recently (this will be my third or fourth order in about a month).
We typically order the half chicken and half beef bowls and a side of beef ribs with extra teriyaki sauce and request hot sauce (it's really good hot sauce) and the portions are great... the price is spot on... the food is healthy.... and most importantly it tastes great.... with just a hint of char on the chicken giving it a grilled vibe and the teriyaki sauce while it comes in small containers (like what you get in chinese restaurants give you when you request hot mustard) is a seemingly high quality sauce and very rich (order plenty extra) so it makes up for the tiny portion.

Food: I don't know our food was canceled without notice minutes before uber was going to pick it up
Customer service: the manager didn't provide any solution. He kept deflecting and did not take any ownership. He literally canceled my $100 order because we asked for extra sauce. They should have an option when ordering online to add sauce but it doesn't so we put it in the comments section to add sauce. His response when reaching out to him was this "we need to change for the sauce and since you didn't reply or pay for it we need to cancel your order"

I hope someone above the store manager gets to see this review and reaches out. $100 order canceled over extra sauce. This is bad business practice, and the manager should be retrained on his customer service and solutions. I'm sure the owner would hate to know the store lost a $100 sale over...

Place is great! however... Chicken is best, pork second and beef last imo. Why you ask? It's the juiciest to the driest. If I had to pick a con about this place is price to portion is lacking imo. Either I have a big appetite(which is kinda ture) but imo one portion leave me hungry for more. Could spend the same amount at a Hawaiian bbq and get more food. I would 5 star without a doubt if bigger portion. Pro is that I'm never disappointed with plate a side from portion size. They deliver but I usually come through drive thru but beware if driving in as drive thru is small and when I say small I mean 3 cars long small so best...
