Chennai Biryani Express & Foodie Hub — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I traveled from Chicago, excited to try Indian breakfast at Chennai Biryani Express, but my experience was disappointing.

Upon arrival, I discovered that it was pick-up only. The staff member I spoke with claimed that they only accept catering orders and that this information was confirmed on Google. However, after checking later, I saw that their hours listed dining options, which was confusing.

I tried calling them for clarification, but they didn’t answer. They finally reached out to me after about an hour and a half. During that first call, I mistakenly thought it was a wrong number and hung up. When they called me back, the staff asked if I had left a review and mentioned needing to consult a lawyer about it. I confirmed that I had not left a review and said that if they wanted to go that route, I was fine with it. However, he started saying that I had misunderstood him, changed the topic, and became rude.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend...
