El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I drive for a third party, usually there are no issues in the morning but at night there is this young man with an attitude. We have explained many times our new process before any order is confirmed in our system due to customers complaints of missing items. As we try to take the time and walk him through our new process , he pretends to be busy and not listening. This lack of respect and ignoring third party is not acceptable from any restaurant we do business with. You must understand third party are also your customers and we all strive to provide our best service respectfully to you and your customers. Extremely rude Latina staff member, who clearly has no patience for non-Latinos. As a European, it felt even worse. She speaks poor English herself, yet rolled her eyes at every minor mistake I made and responded dismissively with “huh?” whenever she didn’t understand.

The entire restaurant was filthy and grimy. Homeless people were allowed inside and were bothering the guests. The restroom was absolutely disgusting.

I had to ask five times for the bathroom code because the staff member refused to say it in clear, simple, and especially slow English.

I had the double chicken guacamole salad! It was fabulous as always! My girlfriend and I love this salad and we love coming to this El Pollo Loco because they are so Speedy with the service for our lunch time. They are very helpful and today Frankie even helped me with the coupon that I had so this was a fabulous experience and it's a wonderful place for a quick meal. I feel as though we got our money's worth and my girlfriend and I had a nice place to eat our lunch and catch up on the events in our lives.
