Unacceptable Customer Service & Lack of Accountability
I had a very upsetting experience at Guadalajara Furniture. A staff member named Alfredo treated me rudely, got too close to me, and made me extremely uncomfortable. I was just trying to take a picture of a product I was interested in, but because they donāt accept Apple Pay, I couldnāt buy it right away. Instead of helping, Alfredo was unprofessional, aggressive, and disrespectful. I reported the incident to management expecting to be heard and treated seriously. But they never responded had to keep writing to them to get a response Instead, I was met with excuses, dismissive language, and the message that because it wasnāt caught on video, they couldnāt āproveā it happened ā so they basically didnāt believe me and followed up by email, but the response I got was dismissive and defensive. They claimed an āinternal investigationā cleared their employee and even tried to shift blame onto me, instead of showing basic care or professionalism. Regardless of what their cameras showed, the way I was treated and how management responded made it clear they do not value customer safety, comfort, or satisfaction.They went on to defend the employeeās ācharacterā and reputation, as if that somehow made my experience invalid. What about my character? My word? My experience? This is not how any business should treat a customer. I didnāt ask for special treatment ā just respect and accountability. Instead, I was gaslit, second-guessed, and brushed aside. If you value being treated with basic human decency, I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere. š® I will never return and strongly suggest others think twice before...

She gave us full details as far as what was convenient for us to buy and help us make the best choice as far as furniture for our home. We bought a living room set, beds for our kids, bedroom set for my room, dining table and even a vanity for my daughter, she help us get a super fast delivery and the delivery guys were very fast in assembling all our furniture. There was something a little problem with our delivery but I called Patricia and they immediately fixed the problem. We are very satisfied with our purchase, with customer service and how fast we got our furniture delivered. Thank you very much Patricia! Definitely recommend this place. Go...

They delivered it at 10pm and were being so rough and tossing all of the boxes around. They didnāt build it that same day, the dresser was scratched( they finally sent someone to fix it 3 weeks later) , we were missing a night stand and lamp. We didnāt hear back from them for 3 weeks and they were absolutely no help and tried blaming it on us. When they finally did deliver the missing lamp and night stand, the night stand was a diff color and the lamp was broken!! We had to drive 30 minutes there and return it ourselves and they were very rude. Magaly ( the lady who helped us) is a horrible sales person and made everything so difficult. I would give zero stars...
