Since I moved to Santa Ana on 17th St and Tustin Ave back in 2019, the area just felt incomplete without an In-N-Out. There were a couple of empty spots of land in the area where I felt an In-N-Out should be placed. Long story short, there was a huge empty spot between Tustin Ave and Ponderosa St that had been unused for years and in March 2021, it was announced that an In-N-Out would be opening in that spot along with a Chick-Fil-A which was announced at a later date and I could not be more excited like finally!! Fast forward to July 14, 2022 which was the grand opening for both places and of course, I decided to visit to see what everything looks like and it’s beautiful! Just the outside spot and the interiors of both places were very nice! Finally the area feels complete now that we have an In-N-Out here. It’s literally walking distance from where I live and of course this is my new local now because I used to go to the In-N-Out on Chapman Ave and Prospect St in Orange which was quite the journey from my area but now I can just walk to this one! Even a lot of my high school friends visit and work here which is very cool! I’ve came here several times now and every time has been an amazing experience and of course I will be coming back! I’m just happy to finally have an In-N-Out here because it’s my favorite fast food chain ever since...

Review:
In-N-Out has always been a go-to for quality, quick-service burgers, but my recent visit on a rainy day took the experience from good to great. The food, as always, was above average - the burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the shakes were thick and creamy. But what truly stood out was the thoughtful touch of providing cocoa for the kids.
As the rain poured outside, the warm and cozy atmosphere inside In-N-Out was a welcome respite. The staff, always friendly and efficient, went above and beyond to make our visit special. Seeing the kids' faces light up as they were handed cups of hot cocoa was a heartwarming sight. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference in our dining experience.
The cocoa itself was delicious - rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. It was the perfect treat for a chilly day, and the kids absolutely loved it. It's these thoughtful touches that set In-N-Out apart from other fast-food chains.
In-N-Out continues to impress with its consistent quality, excellent service, and now, its consideration for its youngest customers. It's a place where you can count on a good meal and a great experience, rain or shine. I highly recommend In-N-Out for anyone seeking a satisfying meal and a touch of warmth on...

I work in the culinary field also, he got upset because apparently to him I’m not from California because I don’t see crazy stuff like him everyday all we saw was a Batman riding in a car and all I said “don’t see that ever day” politely not even rude. the guy taking drive through orders starts raising his voice to me, “were you from!! your tripping I see t crazy crazy shit! Like that everyday I don’t know were you from I’m from California! You must not be from here! when I’ve been Living here for 26 years so I just ignored him. Starts raising his voice to me! And I just stay quiet.. so instead of him taking my order I just went inside instead so I just told someone inside that he was rude to me! I guess if your not from California & disabled apparently in n out treats you differently according to That in n out employee. I hope you guys choose better employees This is why I choose to order through door dash & Uber Eats yeah it’s a little more pricey but at least I don’t get treated differently. Thanks a lot in n out. You just lost...
