Came in on a Saturday there were 3 people working and a gentleman in front of me. Two were working, one was walking back and forth from front to the back. But I noticed she wasn't doing anything. Then the man in front of me in line said he had been in there for 2 or 3 minutes before I walked in and no one even greeted him or asked to take his order. Meanwhile the girl who was going back and forth came up to one of the employees who was making smoothies I assume for online orders if she could clock out. The girl looked at her and said can you take their orders please she said okay then I'm clocking out right after that. I admired the man in front of me in line for his patience because I had walked in and I was waiting at least 2 minutes until the man said something to me. The man had been standing there patiently and politely without being acknowledged. Is it better man than I am because I would have said something. But I felt in his defense I should have wrote this review. Because she finally took his order and was kind of rude to him.
That being said I would suggest strongly to Jamba Juice that they are more thorough in the interviewing/hiring process. Because in my opinion that is unacceptable behavior for an interaction with a customer or...
Read moreMy sisters team came in this morning for a team bonding event. They made a run down the street to the closest Jamba Juice but the employees turned them away saying they would only accept purchases with card. That’s absolutely ridiculous, not every high school student has a card and many did not prepare because this has never happened before. I was pretty shocked to hear that when my sister came home and I decided to take a trip down there myself. They accepted my cash payment. Very disappointed to say the least but this store just lost a lot of business considering there was a boys and girls team of 20+ each wanting a refreshing smoothie after a workout. Lucky business for the Bruegger’s next door since they accepted them all. On a side note: i understand there were only two employees but there shouldn’t only be two employees trying to keep up with all the orders; every Jamba Juice I’ve seen has 3-5 and this place does get very busy with the heatwave going on so slow business is...
Read moreThe smoothie was very good. Although the workers, I'm not so sure. I placed my order in the app because I prefer to customize it there. I came in just in time for my smoothie to be finished and they put it on the counter behind the barrier (meaning I couldn't reach it). I told the worker I'm picking up my order which is the one he just set down next to him, and he told me to wait. "Ok, maybe he's grabbing my straw." This guy proceeds to go to prepare other things, and I'm waiting there for several minutes for my smoothie that is right in front of me protected by a barrier. He comes back 5 minutes later to finally hand me my smoothie. There was a girl in the front doing prep work too, and she didn't help either. Keep in mind, I was the ONLY customer...
