Subway — Restaurant in Santa Ana

NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. I wish I could leave negative stars. I'm not surprised about all the negative reviews. I went to get a sandwich with a coupon. They upcharged me $1.75 even though it was just the regular subway club. I asked why and the employee straight out said that "it's the only way the owner can make a little extra money." He also said that the owner gets away with it because "the coupon says participating locations only." This is a shady practice. How many people have they taken advantage of and added extra charges like this. Why is this location even able to continue to operate like this. I'm never going back and encourage others to NEVER go...

I made multiple calls to the one on Mc Arthur and Fairview to change location and cancel order but the direct phone number on the app was not functional. I made an order of Cinnabon footlong churro on the app only to find they discontinued it, yet I saw they still had ads for it on a display board in the shop.. I forgot the name of the sandwich but it was very bland. They need to update their app and sign in the store and put in the real phone number , because that is very unprofessional. I love Subway, but this location is not running based Subway standard, this Subway is always out off some material, one day no Bread, today no Pepperoncini. The staff are Ok, I even talked to the owner and he did not care. There are many other Subways in the same neighborhood, I will never go back to this Subway.
