Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors — Restaurant in Santa Ana

It has been a while since I've been to a Pick Up Stix. 12 years? Anywho, I remember it being better. Was it? It could have been, it was a different location.

It wasn't the cleanliness or service that disappointed me. The place is clean and the employees were nice.

The food quality was good, nothing under or over cooked. So that's great, so far so good.

The problem was the food was rather bland and this with something they defined as spicy. That doesn't seem like something that should vary from location to location. So it must have been bland way back when, I just forgot.

If you like bland, this is your place! Otherwise move along unless you have people in your group that think Bush's baked beans...

Gloria was so friendly, she greeted us warmly when we walked in and was ready to take our order as soon as we decided what we wanted. She even offered a helpful, friendly suggestion so we would have enough food for our group!

It's so nice to see hardworking, professional people like Gloria and the rest of the crew that was working today...it's clear that they have excellent work ethic and that they value their jobs!

Worst decision I've made in a while, I spent a lot of money on food that was horrible! The food was low quality starting from the orange chicken which didn't taste like orange chicken at all! I bought my daughter a kids meal with chowmein but the chowmein tasted like rubber! And my wife got kun pao shrimp which was really salty..she got a sore throat after eating it makes me wonder of they use fresh ingredients or not!! For sure I'm Never going back there again what a...
