Las Brisas De Apatzingan Restaurant — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I stop here because I was craving some delicious pozole, and having been there before, I was excited for the same great experience. However, today’s visit was disappointing, to say the least. The pozole was bland and lacked the depth of flavor I was expecting, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue. One of the crispy potato tacos served as a garnish had clearly been bitten into, as seen in the attached picture. I decided to share this feedback with the manager, hoping for a resolution.

To my surprise, the manager took it rather poorly. Instead of offering a replacement or taking responsibility, he brought me another taco, threw it on the table, and aggressively began breaking it apart in front of me to prove it was just a broken taco. This response felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, and I had to ask him to step away from my table. After that, I requested the check and left.

As much as I try to support local businesses, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service, especially when I’ve enjoyed this restaurant in the past. Unfortunately, I won’t be...

We were in the area checking on one of our rentals in Santa Ana. This place was like 2 miles away and one of my coworkers had tried this place out so we decided to check it out. We pulled into the lot and my son said, "Whoa this place is super ghetto." He was correct. It is ghetto from the outside. But I have eaten at many ghetto places that have delicious food. The pozole was recommended. We got both the verde and rojo pozole. Both were on the watery side of things. It should be slightly thicker. The verde had a good flavor. Very nice flavors and spice. But still too watery. Rojo was good, not great. The kids got tacos, quesadillas, and tamales, which were all below average for Santa Ana. I don't recommend any of those items. Possibly better to try other items from the regional menu or just stick to pozole. Prices on the high end...

The food is disgusting , soda was expired , salad was old , taco was full of oil their meat wasn’t too hard and block like 1 week old , pozole Verda was too old over heating so many times got me to have bad stomach and pain ,, my best advice to everyone not to go there if you do you will come back home sick 😰 like wat happen to me .. as today me and my all family will never never go that small bad dirty restaurant any more , just found out was closed for few days by health department find there rat 🐀 around the table .. and they keep people waiting out side on the weekend to not see the rat 🐀 . Very bad drirty un healthy...
