Tierra Mia Coffee — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Location location location. Boy how horrible of a spot could they have chosen to open such a beloved Hispanic cafe. There are literally only tables to fit no more than 10 people inside and the rest are outside in the cold and unprotected from the weather. I'm not sure who chose to open this here but they need to never get hired again. It's your usual Tierra miss that you find in Long Beach and HP but this is extremely horrible if you plan on coming hanging out with friends. I'm pretty sure I want a hot chocolate indoors away from the cold relaxing in a nice environment. Not a drink that's spills as you have to walk outside open the door and try and find a place to sit. Coffee and food DELICIOUS, it’s the service and customer service that they lack. They ALWAYS keep customers waiting. And I get that they might be short staffed, and have other orders, But they see you coming in and waiting in line and don’t even acknowledge you’re there. A quick “I’ll be with you shortly” would be nice or “hi welcome in”. The people working there always seem to be in a bad mood or have an attitude when you ask a question or picking up a order. Other Tierra Mia’s are always so attentive. I love their coffee and treats their customer service just needs ALOT OF ATTENTION. And I thought I was the only person who thought this after telling my friends and fam they literally said they’re boycotting this place because of their horrible...

I don't know where to start with this place? It's my third time here and every visit is better than the last.

The place is very aesthetic. It takes more than aesthetics to win me over. The girls that work there tonight when I went are absolutely adorable! They're sweet, polite, professional and great at customer service. Even if the coffee and pastries sucked I'd probably still go there just because of the staff. Okay, probably not, but it'd be a tough call.

The coffee is great, as were the pastries. I ordered the tres leches muffin. I don't know why because I don't even like tres leches? It was incredible. Great taste, creamy, moist, it was as close to a perfect muffin as I've had.
