I have Never had such an incredibly an inexperienced manager such as this female who approached me and she told me to stop taking pictures of the menu, when all I was doing was taking pictures to post for MapQuest as well as review. The manager then would not give me her name and walked away from me when I informed her of MapQuest and what it was because she was obviously an experienced and unaware of your guys's reviews and MapQuest and city guides for map quest. An then the fact that she just walked away from me so rudely when I asked her for her name so that way she's well aware because she informed me she's never seen any reviews so I wanted to make sure that she knew who I was because I am a MapQuest city guide but review as much as possible for all city's. I'm trying to get back into it an earn up points she's unaware of review charts and guides for certain cities and she's obviously unaware of how people don't like to always come out to the restaurant and have to go pick up their food and they'd like to see what's on the menu as well as what is in their budget so therefore taking these pictures puts that all on the table an puts advertisements up on the boards for your guys's internet without you guys having to pay somebody individually to take pictures and and note all of your guys's prices and know all of your guys's sizes as well as what you offer. I was doing this (without pay) and in doing so it saves you guys time and money to review you guys and advertise. Apparently your McDonald's franchise needs a whole new manager or employee's because they're not informed on what your guys's advertisements are and how you guys advertise your company and how you guys get more customers without having to have your restaurants flooded with people because unfortunately there's always a line at this store as well as the Customer Service is horrible very terribly horrid. And the food I would give your guys's food rating usually at 2 or 3 cuz by the time we get it it's usually cold. I'm more satisfied with the one on 1st Street than this one. An for the record because your manager refused to give her name in English or Spanish the time I entered into your store was at proximately 6:19 pm on February 20th of 2019. So of you would like to check who was working you because you should definitely make some improvements if you want your company to be portrayed properly. An what is ironic is that the manager was allowing people to sell flowers right outside in front of the franchise yet she doesn't want me taking pictures of the menu to make sales for your company that's something that I would address very very soon because that takes money away from your guys's company as well as somebody's not paying taxes which is an issue if you guys are advertising or allowing somebody to make sales that is there a federal offense I believe as far as tax frauds I'm pretty sure. Or maybe she should spend more time into cleaning the floors in the windows because the pictures as you can see had a lot of dirty windows and Floors that she could have been cleaning or like I said she could have told via love her if she was letting sell flowers in front of your company maybe address that rather than addressing somebody who is Health advertising your guys's menu in franchise. Read moreFirst of all the manager in charge soposily was Mary. The first thing I let her know is that the app did not give me the discount. She blamed me for not pressing the correct code. OK, I will give her that one. The second thing we ordered our meals and a couple of apple pies, which is where it started. We opened our pies and pulled the pies out, and broke in half as we always do. The pies were dry and cold, I looked at the packages, and it had no freshness decals on either package. I went and let Mary know, and her reply was that she would only give one pie as we have eaten half of both pies and acuse me of removing the decals. She said she give a refund on pie as they were half pie when they were returned to the counter. I told her she had a camera in the lobby and check the footage on playback. She refused and insisted on one pie or a refund on one pie. We walked out, and this review says it all. Hope customers will see this and stay away from this store. Some of the food was good, but I guess it McDonald's what can we expect. I will be talking to corporate as their food quality really needs real management to make the store like they were in the past. The store overall is nice. Read moreCan't be put on only one manager, it's the only time that restaurant is clean , is when the normal manager is there, but yet I ordered 2 egg muffins!! Still can't get my order right , nor do they follow through with what there supposed to do, or especially with what they say there going to do. That's from the manager of the restaurant, actually the manager of the restaurant is very kind , she worked on 2-26-19 the assistant manager, I believe she the one who's stuck up and mean. She's got bleached hair trying to be a blond and give attitude to others that she feels are beneath her. When she really has no right , the day management is different from the weekend and the management would like you to believe that she's the best lady for the job, however she's as rude as they come. She's a two faced nasty whtch if you don't see eye to eye with her , Ive seen this with my own eyes the kid's are not as rude to the customers as she is. Only if she right there in front of them , I've even heard a cashier say I'm so tired of being rude to customers, I can't be rude to customers like she wants me to be.
