minutes ago IF I CAN GIVE NO STARS I WOULD😡 Let me start by saying we never give reviews but, after what just happened. A few months ago we had an order delivered we ordered stuffed crust pizzas,boneless wings some cheese tots. My kids started eating and I realized that we got NO STUFFED PIZZAS WINGS WITH BONE IN AND WRONG FLAVOR. I called the store let them know what was going on the guy apologized offered to remake my order and re deliver out correctly.I let him know my kids had had 2 slices that it was fine I just wanted to make him aware of the situation. AT THIS POINT HE OFFERED TO KEEP THE SAME CREDIT WE JUST SPEND ON FILE FOR OUR NEXT ORDER. I called today requesting to use this and I’m told THAT I DONT EVEN COME UP ON THE SYSTEM AND THAT THEY CAN ONLY GIVE ME A $5 Credit for having me on the phone for over 27 minutes. ITS SO UPSETTING THAT THEY WOULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS.WE BEEN LOYAL CUSTOMERS FOR YEARS AND IVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PIZZA HUT. There's no menu on the walls or tangible. You have to use the scanner on your phone in order to get the menu which is a pain in the butt. There is no seating for eating a pizza there. Just chairs to use while waiting for your pickup order. The young man that took her order was very professional and our order was filled exactly as asked at a special change to the item. Pizza was delicious and satisfying

My recommendation would be to look up your local Pizza Hut on the internet and place your order remotely and have it ready when you get there. Lots of people coming in and out for the pick up orders. Enjoy your pizza, wings or other...

Always come to this specific location since it is closest to me, and this time was just a bit disappointing. Not sure if it was because I ordered so late, or what exactly, but the food was mediocre at best, pizza had barely any cheese, and wayyyy little pepperoni (34 to be exact on the whole pizza), cinnabon mini rolls has BARELY any icing on them at all whatsoever, and it was just a disaster all around. Am hoping someone from higher above who works for pizza hut will contact me asap, otherwise, i will be making some phone calls...
