My family love sourdough. Everytime when we go to any bakery which has sourdough, we'll buy one to try out. However, we haven't found the one we will be craving for until today. I saw the five stars reviews and I happened to be in that area. It's sooooo good. Simple menu. The sourness is perfect. The crust is great and the texture is chewy. I don't know how it'll taste the next day because my family finished everything right away. Suggestion. Don't just pop up to the bakery. You might leave empty handed because running out. The owner told me to order online. Two days advance ordering on their website or ordering from Amazon with shipping charge.

I visited from San Diego with my mom and we tried several bakeries during our trip. The Moses bread was our favorite. It seems to be a small family-run business that bakes bread based on online orders. Their sourdough is definitely fresh and beautifully made with care and passion. I highly recommend trying their bread—just be sure to reserve online before walking in! I am definitely coming back when I visit OC again

Moses Bread best sourdough in town!! my favorite is fig sourdough. tried baguette, bagels...always come here to buy! the owner here is master of sourdough - he explains about how he makes healthy 3-4 pure ingredients bread that made him healthy! friendly, clean. would recommend you order online. Parking lot is small but plenty of spots!

The store is so warm and inviting and smells like warm bread. I’ve heard so many great things about this bakery, and was glad to see I could pre-order online at their website. I love how there’s an option to customize and add toppings of your choice. This is probably the best bread I’ve had in the states. I love sourdough bread, but sometimes it’s a bit too tangy/sour. The sourdough here is not tangy nor sour. I usually get indigestion after eating bread sometimes but I feel great:) This place truly lives up to all the positive reviews, and I’m so glad I discovered such a hidden gem! My mom also says she only wants to eat bread from here from now onšŸ˜‚ I do not have any photos because we started consuming the bread as soon as we got into the car! It’s that good! I hope Moses Bread continues to fluorish and have amazing business. I look forward to ordering...

I am at a loss as to all the positive reviews. My sister and I went to try this guy's bread. After listening to him go on and on for 20 minutes about how he is the only bread maker who knows how to make bread, I don't know, I guess in the world, all other bread makers don't know what they are doing, we had to look at the the articles of himself, bla,bla,bla...and if we didnt return his enthusiasm, he became rude. I made the mistake and purchased a loaf. Once home, I tore off a piece. It was like eating dry cardboard. Threw it in the trash and took the loss to my wallet. He's such a rude owner... and no, I did not have his business mixed up with another. It was 3 months ago, and the store is right around the corner...

We are so lucky to have Moses and his wife here in Tustin. Not only is their bread amazing as noted by other reviewers, but so are they. A delightful couple who are the essence of a nearly lost art in America - small business. Visiting their shop is like being back in Europe, where half of the visit is spent chatting about the latest news, and the other half about picking up your daily bread. I mentioned that I just moved back from Belgium (where the bread is amazing), and Moses was quick to ask about the flooding we recently experienced there. These are good people who love their craft, and if you love bread, you will love Moses and his...
