Expensive, not well-cooked food, for a bình văn place at that. Service is sufficient. They're cheap on handing out napkins. They use a metal cup for ice water, so my hand felt cold. I'm giving 1 in lieu of 0 stars cuz at least restroom is well-lit, but there's only absolutely one restroom. A restaurant must absolutely have at least 2 restrooms.

I came here at night after running errands all day almost. I asked if I bought something if I could use their restroom. The girl at the register looked at her co worker than at me and said "our restrooms are only for our customers" I repeated my original statement and then she said oh okay. I try to buy a water but only have my card and they require a 10 dollar minimum. Luckily the big supermarket next door had a restroom and it's hard to police a bathroom for supermarkets. Stopped by on a sunny afternoon. This restaurant is across the street from Mile Square Park. The restaurant has a corner location in this shopping center, so you can see the parking lot of course and the park. There is counter seating and table seating. I had pho with White meat, which was chicken. I am a big fan of Vietnamese and love pho. This is just about the best I've ever had. Love the fresh veggies and the noodles and the sauces.
