When I got bloodwork done, I was surprised to find out that my vitamin D levels were on the lower ranges even when living in Southern California. I want to give the best review I can ever give so everyone who comes across this will join this gym. :-) I've been working out for over 10 years all over the country, and I initially came in for just a Spartan trial class. The class was so fun, it made me feel like kid in a jungle gym that I ended up getting a membership here. This place truly is a one-stop shop; whether you're into Spartan race training, HYROX, HIIT, powerlifting, running or just open gym, they've got it covered. They have coaches specializing in every type of workout, who are able to help people at all fitness levels and ages. What sets this gym apart is the awesome and fun community.

From the moment you walk through those medals clanking at the door, you’ll feel welcomed. They provide a ton of resources to help you achieve your goals, and honestly, this gym has inspired me to train harder and even get back into running, which I thought I’d never get back into. Plus, the members here are some of the friendliest and motivating people you'll ever meet!

Lastly, the owners, Josh and Haydee, really make this place special. They make you feel noticed and genuinely welcomed. They're the nicest people you could ever meet, and they've created a real sense of community here—it feels like a home away from home. This gym has incredible vibes all around. Fitness on Fire is 100%. I live in LA and I travel all the way to OC on Sundays just to train. They all think I'm crazy to drive that far but there's a solid reason.😅. I started in April with 0 experience. I walked out from this gym with techniques that lead me to 1 open and 2 competitive races to date. Just 5 missed obstacles combined. The confidence that they gave me in a very short time is unbelievable. I am telling you all, my 1st race (open) was just after 3 sessions and I did 1000% better than those (no proper training) who've been doing Spartan for years.

Also the coaches here are legit. One of the OCR coaches who does Ultra will sometimes just talk and da*n you will learn a lot with closed eyes just by listening to her.

They are all very helpful. One time I was killing my time with a core workout in one corner, after a class and one coach approached and corrected me on how I do my workout (while he is in the middle of his session). He didn't stop until I do it right. He was very helpful. I have 3 gyms at the moment and nobody cares or helps me on what I do unless he/she is my personal trainer.

Also, the members do help and teach you with their own techniques and experiences.

The couple who owns the gym is too approachable and nice.
