A few days ago, while I was working, I decided to stop by Starbucks for some breakfast. First, I wanted to use the restroom and wash my hands before ordering. So, I walked up to the counter and asked the guy who was busy making coffee for the bathroom code. He gave it to me, but when I tried the code for the restroom, it didn’t work. I went back to him and asked again what the code was. He told me it was now company policy that you had to be a paying customer to use the restroom. That's fine, I said I was going to get something, and he finally gave me the code again. Back I went—tried it a second time; still nothing. The third time, with my phone out ready to jot down the number, I approached him again and he just ignored me! Then a woman next to him spoke up saying if I had questions or concerns, I should ask the lady at the register. Seriously? All I needed was the restroom code! I told her that's all I needed, She finally told me but added that “it’s not going to be the same code all the time; it’s going to change.” looking at her like what? In a confused look on my face, I said okay… then headed back to the restroom one last time only for it not to work again! At this point, frustrated and desperate for a bathroom, I just left and thought forget this with the overwhelming feeling of embarrassment—I’ll take my business elsewhere! I've never felt so embarrassed about needing a restroom with no one willing to help and assist , the lack of professionalism and terrible attitude here is unbelievable; after this awful experience, there’s no way I'm going back to Starbucks! At...
Read moreDrinks were great, but the service was extremely awful, and don't get me wrong, I love me some Starbucks. I just won't come to this location again. First of all the parking is a joke! You can not park or get out because the drive-thru line covers it, and some don't know courtesy. I walked in with my Service Dog, and first, it was too loud, and that's whatever, right? It was difficult to get my order, right? Perhaps put tpur music down just a suggestion. Then, as I'm waiting for my drinks, one guy comes over and waives over the counter to come to him here. I thought my order was done great ! I thought. Wrong! He just wanted me to wait outside because no animals are ALOUD ??? EXCUSE ME SIR!! That is my SERVICE DOG !! But if suddenly I need medical attention, you would know, right?? No ! My Service Dog and I will wait in here, and I showed him his medical identification that he has the right to enter anywhere! He rolled his eyes, but that's ok. We don't play childish games, honey. Other customers told him to chill as well, so perhaps you should educate yourself about service animals before you attempt to even open your...
Read moreI just wanted to take a moment to give a huge S/o to the morning crew (6:30am) for their kindness and professionalism. I usually do not stop at Starbucks often but I have found myself going almost every other day due to the great customer service I always receive at this specific branch. Not only are they extremely friendly and efficient but the extra measures they are taking during this pandemic is amazing! Every employee wears a face mask and gloves. Employees do not take your card in hand rather they hold the machine so you can do it yourself. No cross contamination. Other places I've gone to will take your payment then go grab your food without changing gloves. But this place has it down . Amazing manager and employees. It makes me feel safe to shop there and during times like this, that's priceless. Even in the drive thru they still ask your name and address you by it . Everyone is upbeat and cheerful. I will definitely be a lifelong customer due to this crew. Thank you for making my...
