Since this Starbucks is close to my house and my school its the one I come too. The times I've come its always a gamble whether or not my drink will come out right. The staff are always friendly which is why I give it two stars instead of one. Once I ordered a drink for myself a double chocolate chip frappe and a strawberries and creme for my sister (which I took home for her). When she tasted it she said it wasn't sweet, she didn't taste any strawberry, and it was mostly just a watery drink just colored a pale pink color. Another instance I went and ordered a strawberry acai drink and it was just mostly watery and didn't taste good at all. When I tried it I was already at school and couldn't go back. Another time I went I ordered three drinks one strawberries and creme, a double chocolate chip, and a vanilla soy latte. This time the barista charged us about $10 and I was wondering why it was so cheap when I usually pay about $15 for 3 drinks. so I let it go. When I got my drink it was good and I had no complaints at all. (I was so relieved) Until we got to the the strawberries and creme. She made it soy so I told her (politely) that I ordered the vanilia latte with soy not the strawberries and creme. She made me another one which I thanked her for and apologized for the trouble. She then told me she forgot to charge us for the vanilla soy latte so I ordered it again (which was no big deal because there was really nobody there just about two to three people) and I finished paying so I just had to wait for it. Once we got it I thanked them again and apologized for the trouble again and was on my way home. The vanilla soy latte wasn't even a full drink that I paid for it was half foam. It wasn't sweet at all and was mostly bitter coffee. I enjoy coming to Starbucks but I just rather go to the local cafe across the street were I know my drink will come out right and I don't have to be that annoying customer who complains about their drinks. I know the baristas already have a hard time trying to acommodate all customers but I still expect to get good quality drinks...
Read moreToday I ordered a cup of coffee at this Starbucks location and waiting approximately 12 minutes to get the cup. I received it and it was lukewarm at best. It was no warmer than a cup of coffee that was left in a car during a warm day. This is the third time in two weeks this location served me lukewarm coffee and I let it go the first two times. I gave this store the benefit of the doubt that they might be overlooking the coffee temperature because of how busy they could be because of this pandemic. Today I finally brought it up to their attention since the store did not look that busy with me just standing at the door. They offered to give me another cup but I would have to wait approximately five minutes for it to be brewed. I decided to take the loss and left. I did not have the additional 5 to 10 minutes to wait for a new pot of coffee to be brewed because they could not monitor the coffee’s temperature like they should be doing in the first place. I left disappointed with the quality of coffee served at this location. I do not think this is fair for me to have to wait 10 to 12 minutes for a lukewarm cup of coffee only to wait for an additional 5 minutes just to receive a hot one. For a coffee store with such a brand name of a reputation it is really un-believable that they cannot monitor the coffee brewing temperature of coffee. I told him I planned to make a purchase just please give me some time and space. Within 2 minutes was back at my table hounding me to make a purchase yet AGAIN. I again stated I would make a puchase if he gave me time but I didnt appreciate him hovering over me and hounding me. He then asked me to leave. I told him I was going to buy something and I had been a loyal customer but because of his behavior would not be returning and furthermore, would post his very rude behavior so other people do not get treated this way.
