MY USUAL MORNING STOP BEFORE WORK...VERY FRIENDLY MORNING BARISTAS. BUT AS MANY LONG TIME VETERAN BARISTAS KNOW, THE PIT BOUT BEING ONE IS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THE DRINKS ARE SUPPOSE TO TASTE LIKE AND FOR THE MOST PART EXPECT THE DRINK YOU ORDER TO BE DONE CORRECTLY. I UNDERSTAND THE MADNESS THAT GOES ON AND MISTAKES ARE MADE, BUT THERE IS NO REASON UNLESS YOUR LAZY TO MAKE A DRINK WITH SOY WHEN IT WAS NEVER ASKED FOR. A CO-WORKER TREATED ME TO A HAZELNUT STEAMER TODAY AND IT WAS AWFUL, LITERALLY SPIT IT OUT BECAUSE IT WAS SO NASTY. TASTED LIKE I WAS DRINKING STRAIGHT FROM THE SYRUP BOTTLE. AND TO TOP IT OFF....IT.....WAS.....SOY MILK. MY CO-WORKER ORDERED HER DRINK WITH SOY. MY GUESS IS THAT THEY DIDNT PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDER AND MESSED MINE UP. I KNOW ITS JUST A DRINK, BUT WHEN ITS BEEN A LONG WORK DAY AND STILL MORE AHEAD OF YOU, AND "THIS" STARBUCKS HAS ALWAYS GOTTEN MY DRINKS RIGHT, IT BECOMES A DISAPPOINTMENT. I WILL ONLY CONTINUE TO BUY FROM THE BRISTOL AND WARNER STARBUCKS IN THE MORNING. MORNING BARISTAS CLEARLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. KEEP IT UP MORNING CREW. Read moreI come to this location Monday-Friday I'm addicted to my order. However it's been 3 day's in a row that my order is wrong. I order the same thing every time. I have a firm and clear voice so I know I say my order correctly. The 1st time it was redone no problem mistakes happen. 2nd day sourness attitude was given to me. Yes was offer to be redone however was told I had to go around or pick up inside??? Why do I have to wait in line again or get off my car when my order was wrong? Anyway I didn't want to argue or start my day wrong. I went around got off and still waited 8 minutes for my order!! "Uggg" Today same thing however (Andrew) is having a really bad day or it's been a long day for him. Because his attitude wasn't right at all. He did offer to remake it however the awkwardness got to me. I just took what I got and threw it away. Yes its my fault for keep going. Because it's not the first time I've had a customer service issue at this location. However its the closest to my home why do I have to drive further when treatment could be different? I'm the type of customer who values and appreciates good treatment I'm a tipper $$ I always put myself in others shoes. Read moreBlonde girl with a pair of fake extension lash who works at the drive-thru on 10/20 1:20pm is rude. I only ordered a coffee but wanted a good new brew. At this time of day, coffee can be sitting out for hours or past 30 mins. Yes, am a Starbucks drinker everyday despite my minimal charge coffee. And occasional regular $6+ drinks whenever I feel like. So please dont be rude even if I only ordered a Pike this time, but everyday. She pretty much just rushed me through the order. Gave my drinks and before I could ask for something else I needed, said that should be it. And her tone and slightly ignoring attitude is not appreciative. She should be back there making drinks ONLY if she cannot deal with customers. Unfortunately, this has now become my “home” Starbucks location unlike the one in Buena Park where they remembered even before I asked cuz I was there everyday. There was this exceptional girl that in my many times getting drinks from her- she was upbeat, friendly, and you know when you asked for something - she rushed to get it. As if She could not let me wait even a second of my time although not expected so. Im talking real hard worker and dedication in the service/sale industry. I could easily tip her a $20 and would not feel it...
