The bread is crucial in a Bahn Mi, and The Sandwich Society doesn’t disappoint. They use a perfectly crisp yet airy baguette that holds up well against the generous fillings. The combination of savory marinated pork (which can be substituted with tofu for a vegetarian option), crunchy pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs creates a vibrant explosion of taste in every bite. The addition of jalapeños adds a welcome kick without overpowering the dish.

Read moreA few weeks ago, I came to eat to this place to have lunch around 12:30 pm. The line was put the door and I was starving already, so I decided to go to the place right next door. Today, I actually was around the neighborhood and decided to treat my sister to lunch. I texted her to come join me and find the place not busy at all. My sister went for the chicken club with a sparkling strawberry lemonade and I went with the ultimate patty melt with sourdough since I'm not a fan of rye bread. The food arrived like 7 minutes later, the sandwiches were big and looked very appetizing. I finished one half of the patty melt and it was delicious, everything tasted seemed very fresh and hot, the fact that it had avocado, i think made the sandwich taste better. We then switched sandwiches and I had the chicken club. I liked it too, however the chicken club didn't have avocado and I believe it needed more spread. The sandwiches come with a cookie and it seems that they also bake their cookies in the house. Overall it was a great experience and I will certainly recommend this sandwich restaurant. Very good...
Read moreYUM. I think Sandwich Society has been on my bookmark list for close to a year or more now. It's difficult to get to this place when they're only open until 3pm and closed on Sundays, but I finally made it!! The bf and I came on a Saturday around noon. The place is pretty small, but we were able to grab a table for two.
I got the western bbq chicken sandwich - its HUGE, fyi. Loved it. Cripsy chicken cutlet, onion ring, bacon, bbq sauce, cheese and a pretzel bun! What more could you ask for? It was definitely messy and impossible to take a full bite of it (I tried to squish it down). The bf got the roast beef and mushroom with cheddar, he didn't really enjoy his sandwich (should've ordered one of the specialties) but really loved mine. Free sparkling lemonade with yelp check-in!
Everyone is super nice, tons of sandwich options and they really pack the tables into the small space so you should be able to grab a spot. Parking is free and available in the attached lot. I dinged open star because there's NO BATHROOM, but plenty of...
