I think you can judge a good business by your good experiences, but I can always tell a great business when you see them respond to a poor experience. First, I had one bad experience out of a couple hundred excellent experiences. And from this experience I can see ownership is kind, they listen, and they just feel like good people.

I often go in and get two shakes. Some of my favorites are the original and I get it with orange sherbet instead of the plain frozen yogurt it is like the 50/50 but with strawberries.

And I love the red banana - and any smoothie that has the word tropical or colada in it are excellent.

I recently tried their focus health blends - they come with Stevia which many people like, but I don't and Nora suggested honey - its one of my favs now. So remember they allow substitution and you can add or subtract things and make your blenders just the way you like it.

All of the women that work there are some of the hardest quickest working and polite workers I have seen. Some of the men are too. But some of the guys need to focus on some maturation in their job performance from how they hold themselves, to how they...

Pretty annoying.. This place has great smoothies, but a dumb service policy.

We were trying to order smoothies for an entire baseball team, and we're on a time crunch. We called in to make the order ahead of time and they wouldn't take the order over the phone..

They insisted we use their online ordering web service...

We spent 5 minutes putting the order in, and their Clover CC processing service was down. We tried 3 different cards AND Apple Pay. None of it worked..

We called back and explained the situation, the manager still refused to take our phone order and CC over the phone.

We now have to wait for them to process 15 smoothies..

Dumb and inefficient for no reason.

Came in and saw MANY cockroaches on the wall, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Asked the young guys working there and was told it’s been an issue for months. This is where many people come to enjoy some smoothie. Not only that but their management is aware and have done absolutely NOTHING to fix this issue. I’ve been coming to this blenders for many years and this new Lesley manager is completely USLESS and IRRESPONSIBLE. I preferred the old manager. Nobody wants cockroaches in their smoothies.
