Joe Chinese Fast Food — Restaurant in Santa Clara

I had a 2 item lunch combo. They were kind enough to do half rice and half noodles. Yes, most places do it and it's a plus. I got rice, noodles, chowfun w beef, and orange chicken. The rice and noodles were each disgusting in their own way. The rice was low quality badly seasoned rice. The noodles were a weird orange color you don't see at most Chinese food places. That should have been my warning. Eww. Anyway, the chow fun with beef tasted horrible and didnt have much beef in it. The orange chicken was the only thing Edible. I felt like complaining and asking for something else but the shop went from empty to like 3 customers in line so I decided not to make a show out of it and take it as a loss. Avoid this...

Those comparing it to Panda Express are wrong. This place is a lot better with family running the business. I have been coming to Joe’s for the last 15 years and I have NEVER had any issues.

Did not like it. The food had been sitting out for a while. I've had fast Chinese food for the same price when it was cooked fresh. The fried rice was a little oily.
