Where do I begin? I ordered a custom jersey from the counter and was told it would be ready in a day. After receiving no updates, I called for a status check. To my surprise, they mentioned they didn’t have a receipt for my jersey and were out of large red home jerseys to complete the order.

Despite my preference against a white jersey, they assured me they’d find a large red one, promising it would be ready in an hour. I arrived at the specified time, only to find they hadn’t even started it. The representative eventually worked on it, completing it quickly enough, so that part wasn’t a big issue.

However, upon following the instructions on the tag at home, I discovered the numbers were falling off before even one use. When I called to express my disappointment, Ian insisted there was supposed to be a care sheet with the jersey, placing the blame on me for the numbers falling off.

Either ordering online or coming to this store is my go to place to get niners merch. This store is a really nice and big store. Lots of nice jerseys for the fans. However, items are seriously overpriced. This was the exact place I got myself a white Patrick Willis jersey over 7 years ago. I have also noticed that the 49ers team stores in other areas closed down, including the one in westfield valley fair. Overall, I love coming here whenever I visit, and it's felt good being a season ticket holder for over 7 years now.
