This has got to be the first time I have ever been lied to so blatantly and disgusted by my food service. They screwed us. And I wont include my friends orders even though those were some nasty chicken wings I did eat one of..

I'll keep this breif as I can for those that wish to read more: My sandwich had about 2 oz of crusty cold chicken on it. And it was bread that was smashed, covered in oil or something, baked, crusty chicken added, and smashed again as it was cut. It looks so god awful.. I was seriously speechless. My sister and everyone I was with was equally disgusted. Commenting and joking as I showed them the picture on their website. I know it will never look like it does in the picture but jesus this was bad.

The sandwich description directly from their website: "A hearty sandwich! A fresh roll loaded with your choice of chicken, salami, ham, Louisiana-style Hot Sausage or Canadian Style Bacon, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and your choice of cheese. Served with pickle and chips."

My box had: the nasty chicken sandwich described above. So very little crusty chicken bits and bread. A packet of mayo and mustard. And the potatoe chips. Not a single piece of lettuce, tomato, and no pickle it was an expensive sandwich and it was trash that was missing half of the sandwhich!

I actually called the place and I dont think I've ever done that! The manager gave me the fakest customer service in one ear out the other polite I hear you but I really dont care about anything you say. Only offering me a 20% discount on my next order. We bought $60 of food from them and tipped the delivery driver $8 even though he was late! I was so polite and calm and simply asked if I could get another somehow. They were closing and I respect that so I tried to understand and be civil. I started to get upset and rather than wasting my breath I ended the conversation politely and thought maybe it's not that bad. I went inside and it just pissed me off so bad because it really is bad. They screwed us. And we...

I used to really like this location but it's been consistently bad as of late. I gave it a shot today because I hadn't been in quite a while and thought it would be good. Wrong. Ordered a zesty aloha with extra green onions. When I received it not only did it not have extra green onions it didn't have ANY. It also had pepperoni and jalapeno on it which was not requested, the person the pizza was for can't eat jalapenos so I picked them off and put them on my pizza which I did request jalapenos and extra pepperoni for. The person that brought the pizza back out after putting green onions on it sarcastically asked me if I wanted to check again. I chose to keep quiet and not commit a felony and just take my pizza. It's one thing if I call in and order and maybe they just didn't hear me right but the instructions are right in front of your face on the screen there's no excuse to botch an order that badly. Worst place ever! I placed an order online for a pizza and a side one day early for delivery for the Super Bowl. They took payment immediately. I didn't hear from them again until for another day about 20 minutes before it was to be delivered. They said they didn't have anymore of the side. Yet they took payment! After a lot of haggling, they agreed that the delivery driver will refund me in cash. I got a call from the delivery driver about 40 minutes late, saying he was here. But he wasn't. Turns out he just didn't want to walk it to my door. He didn't have the refund! And when I asked for the receipt, he wadded it up and threw it at me! Not only that, the pizza was cold. And the box itself was ice cold, like it was sitting on a cooler. I called the restaurant, and the guy hung up on me....
