I would stay here again. Its perfect for travelers or longer stays with a mini fridge and microwave in every room, along with a k-cup brewer (free coffee & tea provided in room-- or you can bring your own k-kups) It was nicer than expected. Its your standard two queen size beds with 4 pillows each. A shared nightstand with alarm clock, each bed has a light on wall above nightstand and 2 plugs available to each side.. (no USB plug inside so bring wall chargers), there is a landline phone and you can request or schedule wake-up calls. Also there's a desk and easy chair,, and light-tight blinds which work efficiently and can make the room pretty dark during daylight. A heating/cooling unit in every room which isn't too loud and let's you keep a specific temperature if you desire. Light blue and white room decor, tile in entryway and bathroom office style carpet for the rest. Extra blanket provided in bottom drawer of small 3drawer dresser. There's cable with free HBO on a decent mid-size TV, free wifi, the closet/armoire has and ironing board and iron, half a dozen hangers plus dual full length mirrors on the doors. There's another mirror above the sink which has light-up frame and plug close for make-up hair etc. The only sink is separate from the bath/toilet area and theres a hair dryer provided for you to use. Okay water pressure, the water will stay hot ( hot, but not scaldingly so) if you want to draw a bath.. longer than avg tub with shower curtain. Then of course you get the standard mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap bar, and face bar., replaced daily on request as are the k-cups. They have a complimentary "grab and go" breakfast thats been having 4 things, and typically includes a bottled water, breakfast pastry, piece of fruit and a snack bar ( varies in each category but its random, you can't look before you pick. It was different everyday. ) they have a soda machine & 2 Ice machines but one ice machine was broken (dec 2020) there are limited drinks for sale in the lobby as well. There are enough parking spots for everyone and a smoking area in the parking lot with benches and ashtrays. They have coin operated laundry which was open, and a pool which is outside and clean looking and a small gym with treads, stairclimber, some other basic machines & equipment. Im not sure if they were open though (covid precaution) . The rooms have okay insulation, double paned windows that opened opposite the door , which I feel is safer for travelers. The layout is nice, staff is friendly and helpful, room and shared areas are clean. The location is awesome because of its close proximity to many businesses and easy freeway access. Theres a variety of good places to eat very close ( dennys is right next door,) Theres a ramen house, Chinese food, a bar/grill, chick filet, Panera, Chipotle, habit burger, Burger King and so many others within walking distance... half a block away is a large shopping center including a Sprouts (grocery store) , Target, pet supplies and other specialty stores. A gas station and drive thru BofA atm are close too.

If I had a choice of 0 stars I would choose 0 stars. I checked in on September 27th, and just under 5 hours into our stay, we were bitten by bedbugs, all over our necks and arms and legs. Then we caught two full of bedbugs in the act, but we actually saw more than ten! At four o 'clock in the morning we went to the front desk with the bugs we had caught so that the person in charge of the hotel could see the problem. We asked the manager of the hotel to take us to the hospital for treatment because the victim was allergic to bedbugs. The manager refused our request, saying that the hotel was not responsible for the occurrence of bedbugs. When we returned to our room to pack, our room was cut off. Everyone, please stay away from this hotel! For your health!!!!!

You be the judge - bedbug or not a bedbug. The first image is taken from the internet, the second and third images are from my room at the motel. The front desk person (who looked at the bug in my room) and the manager (who looked at the pictures) both said that it was not a bedbug. My pest control company looked at the pictures and said that it was a bedbug. The staff was unconcerned, checked me out, and charged me for the night. I notified the City Health Department and they took my complaint. The room was subsequently occupied by another guest that night.

My recent expeirence with Best Western University Inn Santa Clara was nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by deceitful transactions and abysmal customer service. Despite my efforts to communicate a flight cancellation and the need to cancel my reservatiok, the hotel callously charged me the full amount and callously denied processing any refund.

From the outset, I made every effort to maintain clear communication with the hotel, informing them promptly of the unavoidable cancellation due to flight disruptions. However, insead of displaying empathy or understanding, they chose to exploit the situation for financial gain.

This expeirnce has left me deeply dissatisfied and disllusioned with this place. Their blatant disregard for customer well-being and their willingness to engage in deceptive practices have irreparably damaged their reputation in my eyes.

In conclusion, I caution fellow travellers to excercise extreme caution when considering booking with this place. Their lack of integrity and accountability make them unworthy of your trust...

We stayed here to attend the U2 concert at Levi's Stadium. The hotel was conveniently located and reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels in the area. The property is attractive and well- maintained. As a Best Western Rewards member, I was given a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. The room was quite spacious, with two queen beds. The room was an ADA accessible room (which we did not require) so there were features that one does not normally find in hotel rooms: a zero threshold shower, grab bars in the bathroom. My only quibble was that there were no hooks in the bathroom or any counter space to place your clothes while showering and dressing. The room was tastefully furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Even though the windows faced the street, the room was quiet. The breakfast service was good, with eggs, make-your-own waffles, pastries, and beverages. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Definitely would...
