Been purchasing juice here with no issues, up until today. I had a terrible tasting, spoiled juice. This was 6 days after purchase. I checked the expiration date, and it was the next day, 7 days after purchase.
Typically their expiration dates are 2-3 weeks into the future. So I buy 12 at a time. This was the first time I got 1 week expiration. Attempted to exchange three bad juices but was told, they are only good for 3-5 days. So they refused?! That is complete bull, when they normally sell juices with 2-3 week expiration dates. What horrible customer service, especially for a long time customer!

Firstly the açaí machine is almost never working in this branch. Most other employees are really nice about it and offer a substitute base as well as an additional topping as a compensation. The açaí bowls are good. I usually get the Açaí original bowl. They make it easy to sub, I usually sub bananas for extra granola and pay more for extra toppings. As someone who is not a morning person and typically not hungry until 11am, juices and açaí bowls are perfect for me.
