Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Clara

My wife and I go to this location routinely now as it is an offshoot of the Monticello apartments which are right in the proximity of our place of residence. The staff is young but courteous, and the layout is spacious and somewhat communal as the place is decked with large black circular tables instead of a bunch of small square tables with abundant small seating. We like it! There is the nitro coffee on tap there and all the usual amenities; also the bathrooms are clean and open up to a communal hand-washing area which has well-designed sinks basins, soap and hand-drying facilities. These small details make a big difference in my mind. I hope they continue to keep this place clean as it gets older.

I recently placed an order at this Starbucks. Would not recommend to visit this Starbucks location ever. I ordered two pork bacon and one turkey bacon breakfast/lunch sandwiches. All three items were placed in the wrong labeled bag. Because of this, I bit into a pork sandwiches instead of the turkey. I do not eat pork as part of my religion. The fact that the store did not take the time to put the right sandwich in the right labeled bag is not ok. The labeled are there for a reason. I called the store to let them know this is unacceptable so that no else has to go through this in the future and the response I got was “it was really busy I’m sorry” in a super fake superficial response and tone. Do not go to this Starbucks. As a loyal customer of Starbucks as a company I am extremely shocked at this whole experience. I ordered 4 drinks. I wanted to add Raspberry pearls to my tea. The girl added like half scoop. It looked like about 15 pearls for $1.25 on each Treinta sized cup. I kindly asked her if she can put a little more pearls... I have gotten this drink about 3 other times and never had a "pearl amount" problem. She turned around and snapped at me...
