Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Anna and Claudia definitely need to be retrained and just because you’re able to speak English in Spanish doesn’t mean that you can go cursing out of Customer in Spanish thinking that the customer is not gonna understand that is very disrespectful and poorly mannered of you guys. I hope this review gets to corporate as they do need to be aware of what type of employees they have assisting customers I went into the drive-through place my order pulled up to the window. The lady Claudia would not honor the two for $10 deal claiming that it is false advertisement from Carl’s Jr. that she cannot honor the deal, no matter what and that she had a charge full price for each burger when I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was the person in charge, but that she would call someone else to come speak to me lady Anna came to the window with a very rude and disrespectful attitude told me that I had to leave because they were not gonna honor any deal and that she didn’t care if she got in trouble or not. I don’t usually write reviews but today I want to give a shout out to the manager in charge around 930-950pm on 08/22. I believe her name was Sandra, I went in to have a quick bite for dinner both service and food was great but sat close to the registers. I saw couple of high school girls in line and a man standing behind them which he looked strange and possibly drunk. Of course it’s hot so the girls were wearing shorts and this man took out his phone and began taking pics of these girls. As soon as I was going to get up and say something, Sandra told the man off very professionally and asked him politely not to take pictures of anyone without consent. I def saw the man taking pictures of the girls as he was standing behind them and I’m happy the manager saw it too and put a stop to it. Her attitude and customer service is way beyond words. Jorge and Maria make our family burger dates that much more special. We always can count on being welcomed with a smile. The service is always prompt. The food is always fresh. Our order is always correct. The restaurant itself (during day shift) has always been clean. The level of quality, professionalism and attention to detail for the dayshift team is refreshing. Unfortunately, night shift feels like a different restaurant. Often disorganized, orders come out wrong from time to time. They don’t honor military discount (only on night shift).
