Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Me and a friend went through the empty drive through to grab dinner. the drive-thru attendant taking my order was nice. However, after paying for my food she tells me to park infront of the double door entrance to pick up my food, which is a weird request, but no problem at the end of the day. After waiting an extended period we decide to go inside and low and behold we see our order sitting behind the counter. when we ask the cashier about the order he looked dumbfounded, and then the manager comes up and she immediately has an attitude with us when we we told he we ordered from the drive through and were told to pick it up at the front. we weren't mad about the wait and were honsestly worried that something happened, but i guess she assumed that we were getting on her case and got defensive even after we told her, "its cool, we're not mad at you." her response was, "what's the problem?" as if this situation was normal (it obviously isn't) the problem is we paid for a food and were told to pick it up. she seemed to be aware that we were the drive through order and our food was right behind her. her excuse was she's the only one back there, which is understandable, but our order was clearly finished, and she wasn't the only person there at the time. never going to this...

The woman taking my order was very short and rude with me. I told her the first three sandwiches then went onto the rest and she was like , I don’t know. when I asked her how much something was. Or what is the big cheeseburger she said it’s not on there. And then she said pull forward and I knew by the amount that I was missing stuff and I said That’s not right it can’t be should I pull forward or do you want to add it now. No response so I sat there a few seconds no response so I pulled forward. Got up to the window no they didn’t have my order right they only had part of it handed me the bag that was done then told me to pull over to the side while they make the rest of it so now this is called and they didn’t even give me my drink which was part of the first order. It’s a joke I wish I’d never would’ve went to Carl’s Jr. on Solodad and Canyon Country. Being fair I should mention the guy handing in my my food was polite. It was just the woman which honestly when she came by the window I think she was the manager. You couldn’t tell it by...

Update 8/1/19

Sadly Customer Service has disappeared from this location. Got into the drive through well before Happy Hour ended at 5pm. Upon ordering and asking for their Happy Hour Special, I was told, "Sorry, Happy Hour is Over." It was 5:01pm. Proceeded with my initial order. The Burgers here have really come down to a level even below similar Burger Joints. Prices Skyrocket, Goods and Service Plummets. I guess it's a sign of the times.
