My 1 star is regarding the bad customer service going on at Jack in the Box in Santa Clarita on Soledad Canyon. I know you can get bad customer service at any restaurant or food chains but I went there twice because I guess I like punishment. Once for my boss yesterday and once for myself today and got the same a morbid customer service. On yesterday it was a male manager who let me stand there at least 3 to 4 minutes at least before he even decided to acknowledge me. He was praying that another cashier would not be too busy to come over and take my order because for sure he didn't want to. But then he had no other choice and as he was taking my order he still wasn't friendly never said how are you today or nothing. Just what can I get for you with no smile or anything. Some manager! Then today it was a girl at the drive thru who took my order. You should check your speaker Box you can barely hear so I made my order and she asked medium or large and she asked what kind of drink. I'm not thinking twice when I said strawberry. ( I guess she wanted me to say rather I wanted a strawberry shake or strawberry soda) I guess that irritated her because in her nastiest tone she said strawberry what!! So I had to take a pause for a moment not to get an attitude and I said strawberry soda. Now let's fast track to me getting my food and not only were my curly fries warm to touch and unedible 😡 the strawberry soda was definitely not strawberry. It was red but it had to have something else in it so that wasnt drinkable either. It wasn't what I asked for! It was clearly something else. I wont be back a 3rd time to be mistreated. I’ve been going there off and on for many many years and it hasn’t changed Today I went in and put in my order and they got wrong so I was trying to explain to her I never ordered two ice teas. I ordered two large iced coffee so she charged me for two ice teas and I asked her to give me a refund and she started talking in Spanish, which I didn’t understand saying mean stuff because I do understand some Spanish, and I told her that I was just gonna report her to corporate. So I asked her if I can have some hot sauce she said go get it over there I said there’s none left just a couple I need more and they made me wait at least two or three minutes and then she finally gave it to me and I threw it on the counterand I told her I was gonna report her. Her name was Angie that was around 12:30 PM. 12/07/3024 I was so upset I said I will never come back here. You were very rude. She said just go go go, and a friend of mine came in and gave me a hug that I haven’t seen for a long time he goes what’s wrong I said these people are very rude and they’ve always treated me this way!!! Read moreI never had this problem before at any entire Jack in the box in the whole entire world, at least not until this time, that is, but I had ordered a Cluck sandwich earlier, for my very first time, and I absolutely loved it!!! Then had to have another one later thapt day, so I came to this one to get it, and they just didn't make it good like it had tasted originally. So, I come to find that there are 2 different ones. However that isn't clearly displayed on the menus...not at all!!! SO, WITH THAT BEING SAID, JACK IN THE BOX, You need to change the menus and rewrite them so that it is clear and understandable LIKE IT SHOULD BE IN THE FIRST PLACE, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! So, I had to return it, and they exchanged it for the correct one, the CLUCK SANDWICH. THEY STILL MESSED UP ON THE ORDER, and left our the pickles. SO, I HAPD TO COME BACK AND RETURN IT FOR A 3RD TIME. But this time, they said NO, THEY WEREN'T GOING TO FIX IT. SO, I HAD ASKED THEM THEN may I please order a water. I WAS CHOKING ON MY MEDICATION 💊I HAD TAKEN THEN A PILL I had popped. They said no to that then, like never before.
