Del Taco — Restaurant in Whittier

4/24/2023 almost 8pm - Went through the drive through ordered 9 Crispy Ranch Tacos, light ranch no lettuce what I got was 9 grilled chicken in a burrito size tortilla, cocky kid gave me my order wrong on purpose. The cocky kid who took my order asked the person preparing my order if my order will be ready in a minute was told No. The cocky kid asked me to move to the front he will bring my order. I jokingly shook my head no as I was preparing to drive to the front - cocky kid said Why, his reply surprised. Cocky kid gives me attitude, I will give attitude right back, I said I don't want to, he again said why.. Cocky kid delivered my food he said he appreciated I moved to the front I told him, I didn't appreciate his attitude. Cocky kid didn't like someone replying back to him. He was yelling at me as he walked away. Cocky kid purposely made sure my order was completely wrong. Cocky kid you need another job, you do not work well...

I took my elderly Mother for breakfast Sunday October 7th, to Del Taco store# 822 on Whittier and Scott Ave in the city of Whittier......I ordered her two chicken tacos I got the Order they where beef so I took it back the girl that worked there insisted I ordered beef, she argued it which is bad customer service right there, secondly the tables were filthy I asked her if she would clean them she never did, than I ordered donut bites they made me wait 5 mins in all the while my Mother’s coffee was getting cold and to top it off there was hardly any customer’s I think they were mad because I asked them to clean the tables and all the condiments needed refills and I let them know that as well to no prevail they were all very rude.... So with all the said I definitely Will NOT” be returning I will just go a cross the street to Rubio’s where they have excellent customer service....
