Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs

OK! When i say i never review places, I mean it. I had to review today, because when i went through the drive-thru today a gentlemen by the name of jerimiah assisted me and my family. He was SUPER NICE! He kept asking us if we needed anything, such as napkins a bag to carry our food and asked what were our plans for the day. NO ONE and I mean literally NO ONE takes the time to actually talk and make the experience personal. I enjoy talking to people when they're really friendly. That is so rare to find. The drinks were also made with care. I feel a perfect drink is made when the customer service has a great person making it. Jerimiah (i hope im spelling his name properly) exceeded all my expectations AND my family and i had a better day because of his friendly customer service! 100/10 experience with this lovely young man! I hope starbucks continues to hire people like him, because he is a huge asset to this company! Thank you for making our starbucks trip special Jerimiah we appreciate...

I went here with a friend and we placed an order. But on a day from walking in hot weather, I asked for courtesy water and they told me the next visit I needed to place an order with a request for water. I'm pregnant and thirsty, I asked and the way I was approached was insulting... So I stood there for 10 minutes till I got a cup of water... Smh I just don't think I would bother to have asked or will be placing further orders at this location because they aren't busy for 1. I was a potential customer 2. I felt intimidated for 3. Maybe I'm not fit enough for this location so I'll be happy to drive over to another location... My experiences afterwards are fading my enjoyment for a treatment drink ... Oh...

For some reason over my last four visits perhaps, the speed at this place has fell through the floor. I don't know what happened. It looks like it was a change in staff because it's mostly younger males now - it use to be mostly females. It doesn't matter if you go inside for pickup of mobile orders or go through drive through. Have a to find and different coffee shop now. Dang, still waiting. This is absolutely crazy.

They're even handing out the wrong orders. Geez, what happened at this location? The women who worked here was so awesome. I'll be going elsewhere, still waiting in line. Unbelievable. Wow, they handed out the wrong order again....
