Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs

i sometimes come here for my morning coffee. the signs in-person and online says the dining hall opens at 6am. i got there at 6 on the dot, i understand workers can sometimes be preoccupied so i wait until 6:05am before i knock on the door. i waited a couple more minutes until a worker sees me. she tells me it isnt open. i tell her it’s past 6 because maybe she got preoccupied and lost track of the time. she tells me the dining room doesnt open until 7am. again, i have been here before, they have let me in at 6am before. i point to the sign that says it opens at 6am. she insists she wont open the door until 7am. i leave without my morning coffee, feeling so disappointed and confused that i’m compelled to write this review. she wasn’t a confused teenager/young adult making an innocent mistake, she was a woman in her 40s/50s who knew exactly what she was doing. i just dont get why she did it and im curious if anyone else has had similar experiences here. do NOT come here. and jack in the box, i stg if you post some automated bot reply telling me “oopsies we’re sorry. we should be better. click this link so we can give you a petty consolation” then i swear im never visitng another location again. do not condescend to me with a lazy automated bot reply after i just spent five minutes typing this all out. send me no “apologies” unless it is an actual human typing the message in a way that feels like im talking to an actual human and not an uncaring...

Dont come to this location, find a different location. This is the worst jack In the box I have ever been to. I ordered two lettuce wrapped burgers in drive through, in 2 different occasions, and each visit they didn't put bacon, cheese, spread on my bacon ultimate cheese burger despite asking for extra mayo and extra bacon (paid for). The patties were dried, it didn't have bacon, spread or cheese, and when I returned to the drive thru and told them my burger was incomplete this lady who didn't speak any English tried to give me ketchup packets and told me to just spread it on my burger despite the fact the burger was missing more than ketchup, and we stared at each other for a few seconds as if im the idiot or something, in the end never coming back here, shame because I live a block away from here and now I gotta drive to a...

I have never been so disappointed by anyone's service at a Jack in the box. The cashier was incredibly rude, refused to make an item, didn't offer sauces, and on top of that got our order wrong. I don't typically write reviews but after a 12 hours shift nothing but this place is open. We were given a small chicken sandwich instead of the spicy chicken sandwich we ordered, 8 nuggets, and only 2 jalapeño poppers. It saddens me that the cashier was unable to count, or could not be bothered to. Also, without the receipt given to us, we were unable to verify how much we paid or who the cashier was. I just remember her incredibly rude attitude as her brace filled mouth told us "That's it". She kind of just shoo-ed us away. Extremely disappointing given that we never experienced this type of attitude at any other Jack's. 0/10...
