Update: I woke up this morning and my front left tire was completely flat. No nails in the tire from the drive home from the tire shop, so my guess is either a bead was improperly set or a bad valve stem. Taking the tire back for them to fix, we'll update review as things move along

Update: they did replace a valve for free. But thats because they didn't replace any of the valves and just reinstalled my old valves, one of which was damaged.

There are no new tire weights, which to me means they didn't balance them. I noticed this the day of the installation and asked about it, and the guy said "no they're okay". But I only thought about it afterwards an realized how unlikely it is that all of the tires were perfectly balanced with the wheels and the old weights.

I feel like changing the valves and balancing the tires should be basic parts of...

Five stars is truly not a high enough rating for this place… seven stars is more accurate because they truly go above and beyond and what’s more important is, they are honorable in their word when it comes to pricing; they are careful with the tools they use as well as exceptionally fast. Excellent customer service there’s absolutely no waiting in line. You pull your car up into the slot where your tires will immediately Begin to be worked on. I’ve never seen a place like this. They work fast with precision like a pit crew and they are a stickler for detail…what I mean by that is they were very careful as to not scratch. My rims in anyway! tire was also missing a valve cover cap and they were kind enough to find one without me even asking and gave it to me free of charge. I honestly don’t know why anyone would choose any other place to have their tire serviced. I truly think you...

BEWARE!!!! On two separate occasions; once when it was called "Eric's Tires" and again today, I had called to get a price on tires. Then when I showed up, they increased the price of each tire $10 on both occasions. Once I thought was random.... But now a second time... Too coincidental. When I got their "in person price," I told them that I got a lower quote over the phone.... Then the guy went to ask the boss, and they made it seem like they were going to do me the favor of giving me the lower price that they originally quoted me!

I HATE to play the "race card," but I truly hope they didn't add the "Asian Lady" tax when they saw my face.... I hate that assumption that we all "have money."

But why the 4 stars??? Cause their speediness and pleasant, efficient and friendly service was outstanding! Afterall... They were not the one who quoted me...
