Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs

I like Flame Broiler as it is a healthier fast food than the norm. Its never greasy or too salty and the quality of ingredients is as good as what I can buy at a supermarket. The price is almost what you would pay for a combo meal at McDonald's. Not all Flame Broilers are the same. Pricing and portions I have found are inconsistent, depending where you go. I stopped going to the one on Carmenita in between Florence Ave and Telegraph Rd. They charge a couple dollars more than other Flame Broiler and they are stingy with the rice and give a bunch of cabbage instead. Rice is getting expensive these days but the one that's close to Imperial Hwy and Leffingwell is much better, its located in the food court by 24 hour fitness, there's a Domino's Pizza, Starbuck's, Subway and...

Food was great but the person handling my order confused the hell of of me 1st I asked for a reg bowl with a salad base and combo meat she asked if I wanted rice I said no I wanted a salad base she said I could only get that with ordering a plate I said why and then she asked me again do I want rice I said no just salad and now for some reason I can order the reg bowl she then asked do you want veggies I said sure as long as they are not extra cost she then said they come with rice I said no rice she after my associate said something she said so you dont eant rice this was embarassing and confusing What was I...

Came in at around 11:30am and there was no one there to take my order. I waited over 10 minutes before the lady pictured came out to take the my order and proceeded to have a terrible attitude, I asked for sauces right after she took my order and she proceeded to tell me that I can tell her when my order was ready not now. Keep in mind I was the only person in the store at the time and she was standing there doing nothing.
