What can I say, Lotaburger is well known for their Breakfast Burritos. It is sad to post this review but after this locations customer service has always been great their cleanliness has gotten to be a problem for me now, and the food that is being served, well lets just say that I feel that Management needs to get their Team back to the basics of Burrito making, not only was the burrito wrapped poorly but there was bacon in what I ordered to be a Classic Burrito, I can see a mistake on the first burrito but also the second was worse, so I removed the bacon which left an after taste in the burrito of bacon that was not even cooked properly, I mean I know that you get you bacon pre cooked in some places but this bacon was like warmed and put into a holding bin or something it was terrible. Each burrito when unwrapped had red sauce all over the outside of the tortilla and wrapping, then I ordered sides of red sauce which contained extra item within the sauce itself, one had beans, the others pieces of what it looked to be onion and cheese, and one I couldn't even tell what was in the sauce, also when going to fill up my drink, the young lady dunk my cup into the ice bin to fill my cup with ice which is a NO NO, and when I went to fill there were fruit flies, and the Dr. Pepper worked but wouldn't turn off after removing for a good 3-5 seconds, this meant build up of the syrup , the back splash looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, and there was an odor that surrounded the drink station that was stomach turning. No one had gloves on, and the cashier was handling cash and food at the same time without any kind of protection. I love me a Breakfast Lotaburger in the morning when I get to work, but over the course of the last few weeks I have been noticing that this location is getting worse, and today was so disgusted that after eating a few bites of my food I could continue and ended throwing out the food, I am not trying to throw anyone person under the bus, but this location needs some TLC, and the crew needs to get back into the basics, and follow the ordered item on the ticket, I would have went back to get a refund but I am at work so if there anything that can be done to help me that would be great ....

Her behavior was incredibly rude and incompetent. While I understand that your team might be understaffed and busy, rudeness and disrespect towards customers are unacceptable. I work in customer service myself and understand the pressures of being understaffed and busy. On the 4th of July, we ordered seven breakfast burritos but received only six. When we pointed this out, Nicole insisted we had to order another one, despite our receipt clearly stating seven. We had to count the burritos in front of her like children before she acknowledged the mistake. In previous online orders, she was similarly rude, offering no solutions and hanging up on us. Today was the final straw. After they put green chili inside a burrito instead of on the side, we asked for it to be fixed. This is a simple and understandable mistake, but Nicole demanded the burrito back and threw it away instead of donating it, even though a woman was standing nearby trying to pay for her meal with pennies. When I asked for her name as we were leaving, she told us, "If you don't like this Lotaburger, go to another one. We don't need your business," and continued to yell and berate us. Read moreA lways wanted to try a Blake's but unfortunately wish that we had missed this one. It was getting late, we were hungry, and decide to order and sit down to get some food. We placed our order by a not very friendly server. We proceeded to sit down and wait for our order and after a few moments were delivered bags to the table. They could clearly see that we were seated but they look like they were in a hurry to get us out. The place was mostly empty and the tables were mostly dirty along with the floor so we cleaned off our own. We tried to rummage through the bags to make sure that we had the correct number of burgers fries drinks etc. The number was correct so we decided to pack it up and get out there. Employees were on their phones while they were trying to semi clean up the area. When we got to the hotel we discovered the the most important order belonging to my grandson was totally messed up. He had ordered a plain burger with cheese and ketchup on it only. Apparently they had put on their extra toppings with the hot green chili and tried to scrape some of it off however it left a lot of it on it ruining the burger for him. The one good thing that I did like were the chocolate shakes at we ordered which helped cool off our stomach and intestinal linings.
