McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Fe

This McDonald's location. opened up about a year ago (more or less) on west Airport Rd. and is the most recent addition to the city different's golden arch scene. I recently stopped by this place the other day while looking to satisfy a sudden hunger strike. The place wasn't busy and ordering from the touch screen kiosk was as painless as it could've possibly been. For my meal, I ordered a simple medium number 2 Quarter Pounder combo. After about a five minute wait my food was brought out to my table to much satisfaction. The fries were fresh, the drink was refreshing, and the burger was almost photogenic in its appearance. The only flaw lied in relation to the temperature of the sandwich: it seemed a little cold. A sign that it probably had been sitting on the assembly rack for a little too long and consequently lost most of its initial warmth. An unfortunate setback, but my overall visit here was nonetheless up the usual Micky...

I ordered from this location using the McDonald’s app. I was there at the drive through for several minutes before my order finally registered. I was then asked to park, and waited several more minutes for my order to come out.

Oh, but it gets worse. I was informed that they were out of unsweetened tea and waited some more for the replacement drinks. So finally I headed for home, but the worst was yet to come.

Turns out, two sandwiches that were supposed to have no cheese had cheese anyway, and the third that was supposed to have no Mayo had... SURPRISE! MAYO! And of course we didn’t get our fries either.

By then the weather deteriorated considerably and we decided that it wasn’t worth going back, so I called the manager and got what I thought was the office number, but when I called that number hoping to leave a message I got a fax machine. Very....

I went in there this morning 11/12/21 @ 8:50AM and the Manager a short, heavy set Hispanic woman ignored me. I stood there for 5 minutes and she was less than 12 feet away from me avoiding eye contact. I then (in a loud voice) asked her if I could place an order and she refused to look at me. Two other people standing right next to her looked at me and neither of them offered to take my order. Nevertheless, she obviously 'heard' me given the other two employees looked up at me. McDonald's generally offers food that is fresh on the morning menu but their service is utter trash. Given this was the manager who could care less about providing competent service says a great deal about the people who own this sub...
