Should have read the reviews before going to this location. I normally go to Dominos but for some reason I wanted Pizza Hut (worse decision I could have made) I hate to say this because I know some people canât control certain things and it may come off rude but when I showed up the person who helped me smelled insanely bad, I get that itâs hot but that persons body odor made me want to throw up⌠it wasnât just that he smelled a little musty or that the store smelled bad because I didnât smell anything untill he walked up to me, not only that there was dandruff all over his shirt. It wasnât just a little dandruff and I know for sure it wasnât flour it was full on dandruff and it grossed me out. I looked at his hands and they were clean and Iâm hopeful he follows protocol but for him to have that much dandruff and have a hat on he must have been scratching his head all day. I didnât want to be rude or let food go to waste so I paid and left but I couldnât enjoy my food. I was too grossed out to eat my food and when I touched it the breadsticks and the cinnamon sticks where both somewhat cold. Pizza was decently warm but almost cold and I only live 6 min away from the location. Never again will I go to this location again considering this location doesnât care...
Read moreI wish I could say 'it might have been a fluke?' but it's not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location.
My order was placed online for "curbside pickup". It was one pizza & one of the bread appetizers.đ
When I got there, there was No where to "check-in" on an email, or website or the Pizza Hut app. During all this searching for a check-in link, I never saw even one person go inside, or come out, or pass by to indicate there was anyone there. No open or close sign. I tried calling my local store and it kept kicking me over to an answering service in another country.
The worst part was when I was finally at the counter to get my curbside order, a girl comes out from somewhere in the back carrying a mop & was a little sweaty looking. Without greeting me or washing her hands, she puts down the mop next to the "warmer" where my pizza was, and grabs my 2 boxes out & hands them to me! Not one word from the one employee.
Oh and the food wasn't...
Read moreWe'll say the pizza always meets expectations (although I wish they would sharpen whatever they use to cut it every once in awhile) - the customer service is more of a roll of the dice. One day an older lady asked if they had a paper menu (they didn't) and patiently let her give a very long winded explanation that basically boiled down to her not having a computer, tablet not connecting to the internet, and menu being too small to read on her phone. But they were very nice and patient with her, and that was awesome to see. Then on another occasion the lady behind the counter was carrying on a conversation, on a cell phone, on speakerphone, where the person on the other end was yelling and throwing out curse words left and right. This bothers me less as a customer, but as a retail manager I'm sure you could actually see my blood pressure start to spike. If that personal call must be handled right then, excuse yourself...
