Absolutely disgusting rude customer service and the sandwich was a very expensive bread sandwich. The manager came out and snickered when I asked why they didn't put any toppings on my sandwich. The other female laughed and said all I did is put the meat and the guy who made the sandwich had attitude evan though I tipped him. I showed them the horrible sandwich and said it has no toppings like the photos they have posted up on the wall. The ladies laughed and one said we'll its not supposed to look like the photos they advertise. And she said this is how the manager wants it and that's the way it is. Im trying to figure out how to post the photo. So I will not waste anymore hard earned money on bad energy that translates into the food at this place. This subway use to be excellent. Read moreI haven’t cared for this subway a whole lot recently as it seems pretty slow when it comes to online ordering and most of the time it seems like the employees don’t care to much. Today I had to wait 20 extra minutes for my order as people who were walking in were being taken care of before my mobile order was finish. BUT! The man who was in there today had good hustle. The girl seemed to be new so while trying to get her to finish my order, take care of other customers and helping her with my order he seemed to also be teaching her. He looked up at me at one point and told the girl “She’s waiting for that.” Pointing out that she needed to finish it so I could leave. Normally if your order isn’t ready they don’t pay you any mind and seem to have a “It’ll be done when it’s ready.” Type of attitude so I really appreciate him trying to get my stuff out faster even though it still took awhile.
