Santa Fe Mountain Adventures — Attraction in Santa Fe

Note: This is only a review of my initial customer service experience, and not of actual use of their tour services

Based on my initial contact with this company, notwithstanding not actually using their services, I would recommend contacting them to discuss options that suit your needs. Sue was very responsive and professional and went out of her way to provide information and service recommendations, as well as and options for us to consider prior to signing up with them which I really appreciated. While it was initially difficult to reach anyone by phone, I had left a voice mail and also sent an email, and she followed up with me within a reasonable time frame. She even provided a recommendation of an alternative service provider when they were initially unable to book us on the date I had requested which says a lot about...

We had an amazing day on our jeep tour to the Rio Grande/Diablo Canyon. It was fun, beautiful(!!), our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and just as personable. I had requested a private tour due to limitations of a disability. SF Mountain Adventures accommodated our needs, without hesitation, and without compromising the joy & scenery that this type of adventure brings....

My family of 4 took the private tour in the Pinzgauer to Diablo Canyon. Sue was super helpful in getting us booked and ensuring we were prepared for a potentially chilly ride.
