Wendy's — Restaurant in Santa Fe

The customer service was lacking any friendliness. When asked if breakfast was over, they had no idea, went to ask, they guessed it was. I ordered and before I could order for the second meal they were closing the order out. I went to get drinks they were out of several. The ketchup was empty in both pumps and the carpet had dried ketchup. The floors, including the carpets, were sticky, the tables were filthy and the trashes were open and full. There was ketchup and trash under the tables and food on the lobby floor. Ketchup was spilled and dried into the carpet. The carpet is black, filthy and sticky. For just being open for the day it was disgusting. We overheard the manager interviewing, "We ask that you be here about 4:30, just show up. We close the lobby at 9:00 or 10:00 and sometimes you'll be here til...

If I could give negative stars I would I don't even write reviews so I'm taking the time to make this one the service is absolute c team it's awful there is always an issue if it they have no diet sodas and don't tell anyone.... which yes that's a big thing ... to this last time they could only take cash.... the lobby looks dilapidated and never clean I felt like I might catch something sitting there not to mention the front counter staff was lifeless and unwelcoming and the order time ..... oh the order time..... don't go there if u have a limited luck break because when you get you food it will be damn near over... 25 minutes to get a simple #1 combo avoid this place at all costs go to the...

Hamburgers weren't fresh at all. Tasted like it was on the grill for hours. The buns and meat were dry, and the cheese looked like it was melted then cooled down and then reheated. The fries tasted undercooked. I deliberately asked for catchup since they often forget, but when I got to the window they said they ran out... crazy. Crazy because it's a manager's job to make sure they have inventory and employees aren't over serving a.k.a wasting product. Either there's no evening manager or they're okay with slacking in their quality just because they're getting close to closing time. I'd hate to think what the cleanliness is like...
