El Rincon Oaxaqueno — Restaurant in Santa Maria

The food here is pretty good if you actually get what you order. The first time I ate here had a good experience.

Yet last time I asked for no beans (of which I'm allergic to) and they both used beans and bean paste. Since I didn't have a way to get back I had to grab a fork and eat out what I could that wasn't affected by the beans and bean spread.

Also they need to have someone taking orders that can speak English so that they actually will get orders correct and on top of it this is one of the United States so if you're doing any service that requires customer then you should be required to speak...

I never ever leave reviews!! but honestly,I feel really disappointed about this place, When we got there we waited at our table for about 10 minutes for someone to bring us the menu as usual, but since no one came we went to grab it and again minutes went by and no one came to our table to take our order so we went to the cashier to order, waited for about 5 minutes and AGAIN no one took our order...30 minutes of my lunch time lost!! really bad customer service!! I called to order a take out meal really rude cashier and very unprofessional. When I opened my order to see if it was the correct one since it had a fishy smell to it she said well if that’s what you ordered that’s what you get. I am very disappointed with her attitude. I am here to purchase food and not to ask for free food. Never coming back to this restaurant ever again I wish they would have better customer service and more friendliness.
