Mariscos Las Islitas — Restaurant in Santa Maria

My family and I went out to eat, because we were in Santa Maria and we haven’t eaten out in a while. When we walked in service was bad, the waitress didn’t greet or offer us beverages at all. It also felt as if the waitress gave us attitude when serving us, but when a group of guys who were just drinking came in, she gladly severed them with a smile and great attitude. When we did receive our food, it was bland lacked taste of anything. My father loves seafood and even he didn’t bring him self to finish his food, by the lack of taste it was lacking. We usually don’t mind paying a lot if we all enjoyed the food, but this was probably one of the worst meals we have aten. I recommend a different place to eat out with your family if you actually want a GOOD meal to eat. Will not EVER...

This is actually about the review before mine from user "dibujando con María" i happened to be there when she and her family went and her review is really biased , they were demanding(not asking nicely, demanding) for a bigger table even though they didn't need one(yes i was listening ..🤷🤷 ), the waitress politely explained to them that they would need those tables for bigger groups of people but they didn't care and left ( if people want to go to restaurants they should learn basic eating etiquette) i really like this place ( service is not perfect but it's always busy so it's understandable and the friendly staff makes up for it) so i just wanted to give my perspective, shrimp cocktail...

For my first time visiting the restaurant I have a terrible experience I sat down and the waitress took 40 mins and never took our drink order neither did she turn around to look at us as she was delivering other food the restaurant wasn't even busy at the moment for you to say it was ok instead I just stood up grabbed the menus and gave them to the hostess and told her i was never coming back and i wasnt going to recomend them to anybody because the waitress gave me terrible service.
