I've always had such an excellent experience at this Starbucks! This morning a barista made my mobile order and then made sure with me that it had enough ice and milk to top it off. I was prepared mentally already to ask for more milk so it was so nice this person asked.
The day before my drive thru drink was a bit bitter, and so I went back in and they were so so nice about it, making me a brand new one and going out of their way to make sure everything was good.
A few days prior I was bringing my grams in to use the bathroom. I was telling her to get a head start to the bathroom while I go grab the code--the barista was already walking to the door to let her into the bathroom! Such a sweet gesture!
I've noticed the workers here communicate so well and really care about eachother. I often see them working happily and productively. When I come in, I'm acknowledged and treated like a human. I know that's what the service industry is, but believe me, not every Starbucks is as clean and thoughtful as this one!

Read more5:39am- store has been open for nearly an hour. There is one person ahead of us. We order an iced chai and an americano. Three minutes in and we are “greeted” by perhaps the most miserable barista I have ever encountered in my years of daily Starbucks trips. 10 minutes later we get our two drinks with an still and the window shut before we even had our second drink through our window. As we pull away... my chai has soy milk (it was supposed to be non-fat). With how unexceptionally rude and detached the barista was and the fact that we drove up from Orange County for the SLO half marathon which we were now late for, I decided to just throw the entire chai away (I am allergic to soy). Read moreThey do this every time. If hot water is what you want, this is the place, not always, sometimes its luke warm at best. It never has the taste of what I order... you guys are embarrassing to the rest of the franchise. How are you allowed to function still? It's clear the manager is clueless as to how to make sure drinks are properly made, and the owner can care less on how this place operates. This has been going on for years, but my wife every so often gives them another chance in hopes they got their act together only to bring hot water home. I see all the bad reviews and wonder DOES ANYONE READ THE REVIEWS AND DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS OR YALL JUST DONT GIVE A DAMN?????????
